Melly shares her dream with Donovan, Scottish singer who is famous for the song Mellow Yellow. This dream not only provided her with some reassurances but in sharing it she helped Chat, and hopefully all of you, regain some much needed peace.
Chat shares the what, the how, and the why behind lucid dreaming. She'll share the history of lucid dreams and the science behind how one knows they are, in fact, dreaming. She'll also shared tips, tricks, and techniques if you would like to start your journey with lucid dreaming.
